Awful, I would not hire them again.  ALSO BEWARE OF PREPAYMENT WITH THIS COMPANY!

It didn't. Never showed up.

These people never answer their phones when you call.  You get directed to some latino backround music and then a message - They direct you to their website to set an appt., which I did for 1on 1/4 to set appt. for /19 at 12 noon.  Never heard from them until 1/18 when they called to confirm and also sent an email to confirm - despite the fact I left 4 messages and sent an email (online, since no email is given.)

Well, they called at 12 noon to say they were running 1 - 1.5 hours late.  It is now 6:45, they have still not arrived and never answered or returned any phone calls we made.  
So now my wonderful husband has rented a carpet cleaning machine and I am using our Orek steamer to clean the tile.  I will complain to Groupon on Monday.
This is totally unprofessional.  Sounds like a mom & pop shop who may want to do well, but they are obviously over their heads and do not understand basic customer service.  DO NOT USE!
