I selected this firm to provide cleaning service for my tile roof because they claimed they could do the work without walking on my roof.  They also use a biocide material that is applied without pressure washing.  The initial service was performed one year ago.  I confirmed with the sales agent that I did not want anyone walking on the tiles, and she provided a copy of the work order that specified in bold, capital letters not to walk on the roof.
I was at work when the crew arrived for the initial cleaning, but  a friend provided me with a photo of a worker walking all over my roof.  I called the sales agent and provided the photo.  She called me later to tell me that the worker had been fired.
I decided to give the company another chance and allowed them to do the maintenance service last month. About three weeks prior to the service, I had a professional roof inspection performed by a company I trust.  I specifically asked them to look for broken tiles due to the previous incident with the cleaners.  The roofer found no broken tiles and said my roof was in excellent condition.
I was away from home again when the work was performed on February 3, 2016. Upon returning home I took a quick look at the roof and immediately spotted a broken tile.  I called the company and told them about the damage right away.  A supervisor came out to look at it, and said that there would have been no reason for his crew to walk on the roof, and that the tile must have just broken by itself.  I explained to him that I had just had the roof inspected, but he still chose to take no responsibility for the damage.
I gave this firm an overall D rating rather than an F because the product used seems to work as advertised.  Unfortunately that does not mitigate the damage caused nor lack of professionalism demonstrated by the workers and supervisor.

The service is terrific. You do not have to have anybody get up and try to power wash the roof. It is a lot better than somebody getting on your roof with a power wash or scrubber. The tile roofs overtime here in Florida get dark and black from molds and accumulation of scuff on them. So, they discolor and what this does, it is citruscide I think it is called, but it is an algae that is sprayed on and it eats away the stuff and in a couple of months, it is back to totally clean just like it has been power washed, but they do not have anybody up there power washing. It is a great service. I highly recommend them. They were excellent. Their pricing was excellent too; it was cheaper than getting the power washer. It was a very reasonable cost. They were here when they said they would be and did it great. It was very well done. I do in fact will use them in the future. It is a trusted, reliable service provider. Actually, I did not get them from Angie’s List recommendation. I got them from friends that I play golf with and they were great. It is people that they use.

They were very spectacular. They came day before Thanksgiving of last year, a very busy time of the year and I really appreciate it. They did a phenomenal job. I have a two-story house and a guesthouse. They did every window inside and out. Windows were spotless, no mess, no nothing. I never knew they were here. I would tell everybody to get them. They actually did exactly what they said. They used an eco friendly solution so there was no smell, no fragrance. Pricewise, I think they were incredibly reasonable and that is hard to come by in Naples, Florida. They were incredibly competitive. I already intend to use them again.

I found working with the Clean Up Group to be a very easy to work with, delivering on expectations.

We had the initial treatment done over two years ago and have been very pleased with the result. The key thing, at least from our perspective, is (1) treatments do not require walking on the roof, which is the past had resulted in broken tiles, leaks, etc and (2) the mold stays off the roof. So, after the first treatment you are not really cleaning the roof, but rather keeping it clean. We are very satisfied with the result.
The initial treatment and the semi-annual treatments are not inexpensive, but given the results and headaches avoided well worth it.

We love this company! We used to have our roof powerwashed; however, always had several broken tiles afterwards. My parents used the Clean-Up Group and were so happy with their service and product that when we were discussing our roof they gave us the phone number. We called and received a quote and scheduled the first service.
Our roof was pretty bad and were told that it may take more than one application initially, which it did. No problem, they came out and sprayed again. We have been using this company for over a year and we now have the cleanest roof on our street consistently and no broken tiles to replace. We have been getting the maintenance twice a year.

I used them about 3 weeks ago and charged me for about $1000. Well, it is still up in the air. They came out and did the job the way they presented it. The only thing I will say is that the product has cleaned the roof, as of yet, but they tell us that they sometimes have to not use effective applications. So, in other words, I think time will help but right now we were happy that part of the job but the job is not finished until I complete my roof clean in that area.

They came out to clean my windows about a year ago. They came out quickly, did a great job, and the prices were fair. A professional and courteous company to do business with, definitely recommended.
