On the Initial visit, I thought the place was fairly clean; but they turned up deep pockets of hidden pet hair, that caused a musty smell I couldn't get rid of. They scoured the place, and even did a load of laundry, to make sure all the beds were covered.
The team leader Rosa is bilingual, so we had no communication problems. They both gave me really useful advice about maintaining amenities, and what guests expect; and they were right!
The office manager/owners bent over backwards to get teams here during my crazy available times. They will even work weekends, with a modest surcharge. I'm blessed to have CleanItUp booked through the spring: they are jewels!
