Hard to communicate with them since they didn't speak English very ell. Some jobs left undone

The cleaners arrived at 5:25pm for a 5:30 appointment. I work until 5:00 & couldn't get home until 5:20. After cleaning until 7:05, I was charged for 2 hours for the 2 people b/c they require a "2 our minimum". This was not what I was told, plus the woman taking the lead said they arrived at 5:15. I wasn't even home at 5:15. The cleaning was decent but cobwebs were left in the bathroom on the ceiling. That was the only cleaning complaint I would have.

These folks are outstanding! Every cleaning company was quoting the same prices, but I went with CleanItUp because of their relaxed and helpful phone attitude. No pressure-just encouragement. I booked an introductory special for 3 hours, on Angie's list.
On the Initial visit, I thought the place was fairly clean; but they turned up deep pockets of hidden pet hair, that caused a musty smell I couldn't get rid of. They scoured the place, and even did a load of laundry, to make sure all the beds were covered.
The team leader Rosa is bilingual, so we had no communication problems. They both gave me really useful advice about maintaining amenities, and what guests expect; and they were right!
The office manager/owners bent over backwards to get teams here during my crazy available times. They will even work weekends, with a modest surcharge. I'm blessed to have CleanItUp booked through the spring: they are jewels!

The price that he gave me was good; but the only problem was that I have looked up several people and they were so backed up that I had to wait for 5 weeks. The guy was totally professional. He came the same day. I called him 9'o clock in the morning and he came around 3'o clock. The estimate was reasonable. Although he has the company, he personally answered the phone and set up his own appointment and etc. It was good for me. He said he will be here by 3 and in fact, he rode about 15 minutes early.
