They are nice and the office is nice. They make me feel comfortable. I have been going to them for about 5 years.

Insisted on new X-rays although he got similar from my previous dentist..
For infection he referred me to another dentist who prescribed antibiotic.. He could have done the same himself.. Result:double billing..

They are professional, friendly, and highly trained. They keep up on all the current technology. I really like their hygentist and see her on a regular basis. I highly recommend their services.

Everything went very well.  I first had xrays, then periodontal checkup, cleaning and fluoride treatment.  Hygienist was pleased with the results of my exam.  I have a couple of  "pockets" that are a slightly larger than they like to see, but with regular cleaning and checkups, as well as my at-home tooth care, they are not growing larger, and some have even decreased in size.  They often make suggestions for products or procedures that I can try at home that others have found helpful.  At this visit they suggested that I try a dental probiotic because they have had a couple of patients who have had good success with them.  I have been using this dental practice for eleven years and they are the best!

She did a full workup and noted that he needed two crowns. It would require one workup for fillings that she would provide and another for the crowns that her husband would provide. I advised that we required a female doctor and that it wouldn't work for him to provide treatment. She suggested he was a good doctor and would make time to personally meet him prior to treatment so he would know him and be comfortable. We returned for a hygeine appointment following that but my son still didn't meet him. I had requested a treatment plan upfront due to the expected expense. They made an appointment for his initial treatment with the male doctor. On the day of the appointment my son could not keep the appointment due to his PTSD. I went to the office and explained to them that my son could not keep the appointment and why. They handed me an envelope with my treatment plan that indicated I would need to arrive that day with him and a down payment of $1700. for pre-approved treatment. How could I have had a pre-approval done on an appointment that day? And, my sons appointment was going to be with the dentist he had not yet met, which was part of the trigger for his PTSD that day. This appointment was suppose to have taken place on 2/17/11. The following day in the mail I receive a letter stating that the 2 hour appointment was going to be charged due to not recieving proper notice. The letter included an invoice for $500 for the missed appointment. I was appauled! I can understand a cancelation fee... but $500? I'm intending to reply to this practice with disappointment that their professionalism and insistance on such an unreasonable amount of compensation. I also noticed that the treatment plan rates that twas not presented until the 17th of February had an expiration date of the 8th of February.

My visits there go very well. He is very thorough. I really feel like they have checked everything. They aren't the least or the most expensive. They're very nice people. The facilities are clean.
