Our search for a counter level kitchen set was looking pretty bleak until we walked in to City Futon. There was an excellent selection on the floor and the ability to order other designs in the size we wanted. Debbie was very helpful and patient. Her selection of colors, materials and accessories to go with the various possibilities we considered is very good. We were able to customize our set. Delivery from Canada was a little off original forecast but not a big deal. One of the seat cushions had a fault in the finish. Debbie phoned to advise us and offered to hold the set while she got a new seat or to deliver it and to install the new seat later. There was no pressure on us at any stage of the process. Installer was professional and courteous.
