The under sink water shutoff handles had frozen so needed to be replaced and the faucet diverter, cartridge and other parts needed to be replaced and greased. Tiffany was a pleasure to work with.

As the name of the company suggests, the company plumbers are mostly women. The ladies of this company are amazing. They’re great at what they do, they can do almost all of it on their own and they’re pleasant and fun to talk to.

Charlie's Angels did an exceptional job every time. They were prompt and courteous and their prices were very fair. From the moment they answered my phone call to when pulled out of my driveway, they were top notch. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs any plumbing work done.

Very responsive, called me back right away, allowed me to text pictures of suspected problem. When I call for a small job, Brittany always offers to stay for any other problems to make the trip worthwhile for both of us. Very professional and friendly.

They did a great job! It was a new kind of water management filtering system and took a bit to install, but they were up for the challenge in the SW FL heat!!

It turned out excellent. They gave a lot of information on septic systems. They also saved me a serious potential injury. The exit cover was cover under the glass and it was cracked and they found it for me and saved me from injury. It was a hard to find pump to begin with. They also told me how to better maintain the septic system and didn't charge for the extra time or explanation of how maintain it. They charged a flat rate of $95 per hour with no service charge.

Charlie's Angels responded promptly and determined the dishwasher and disposal were incorrectly connected, so they fixed the issues and the sink works great. I'm giving them a positive review not just because they fixed the problem, but also because they always respond promptly, communicate appropriately, and always provide fair and clear pricing. I highly recommend this team!

My tenant called on a Friday morning saying that there was no hot water. I called Charlie's Angels Plumbing (who I had used once before and had a very good experience) and within a few hours they arrived and replaced the faulty parts. They were very courteous over the phone and also to my tenant. Even emailed me pictures of he faulty parts. I felt the cost of the service visit and the parts were reasonable. I would absolutely use them again.

It is not always easy for out of town owners to cope with something like a report from a tenant that water is pooling under the dishwasher and has been doing this intermittently for some time. Thanks to Angie's list, I called the right plumbers! Don't let the cute and quot;Plumbery Investigationsand quot; logo fool you--these women know what they are doing and seem to enjoy the challenge that can arise when the solution turns out not to be immediately obvious. After determining where the water was coming from Britt called me and we decided the quickest way to stop the leak was to come in through the exterior masonry wall. The next thing I heard, several hours later, was that the leak was repaired and the wall was temporarily sealed against the weather. The following day I received 36 photos covering every phase of the job, and even a short video showing the water shooting out of the drain pipe inside the wall when the water was turned on in the sink. Considering what was involved I think the price was very reasonable, and I especially appreciated the commitment to being sure I understood what I was not there to see!
