I have them out pretty much every April/May to service the air conditioning unit. They were here the last time and I signed a contract for six service calls. The person they sent out is very efficient. He takes all the filters out; he washes them. He checks the lines to make sure there's not going to be any gunk in them. He's very courteous and polite. I can ask him questions about the system, and he always has answers, he's very professional.
