Hired CEI Surface Pros to troubleshoot and complete a floor stripping/refinishing project which was botched by another company. Randy and Corinna are true experts at their craft. They determined that the original floor had a urethane finish which can only be removed by solvent. Solvent, however, also removes the adhesion of the tile to the floor. The job required multiple stripping, together with handscraping by razor blade to remove as much of the urethane as possible. They were dissatisfied with one section and went above and beyond to protect the surrounding tile and stripped and refinished that one section seamlessly. They research and resolve problems, have unlimited knowledge and energy, an unbelievable work ethic and truly saved the day. They are my heroes and come with my highest recommendations.
