Review Cecys cleaning services First impression was good, the cleaning service was great and the price was good. Things started to change when the cleaning ladies shared with me that the owner Cecilia Aguaro was not paying them for the work they had done, or she would short change them. After hearing similar stories from other cleaning ladies over the next few months, I was no longer feeling confortable supporting this business. I decided to terminate service when during the last service visit, one of the cleaners starting freaking out about her missing keys, only to find out that Cecilia had taken them from her purse and went into that woman’s house without her permission. The owner is deceitful, and I cannot trust or support a service that treats people bad.
