Excellent. They checked every shutter in the house, not only one I called them for repair, found the problem with another one, I was not aware about, and fixed that one two. I had to wait about a week before they came, but it well worth it.

Terrible! Called to get a new remote. Our screens were stuck down all the way. We are full time residents. I was told by some snooty woman that they could come in 2 WEEKS. If we weren’t available then, it would be another 6 WEEKS. When they showed up, it took them 15 MINUTES to reprogram our screens. They are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL on the phone. Would NEVER use them again. Storm Smart is the VERY best! Do NOT waste your time with this company! There are SO many better companies SWFL!!!!

Excellent service. From initial sales experience to completion. They responded promptly when the storm screens broke down due to manufacturers defect. Their crews both put up and take down our panels each year for a modest fee. Great company.

The work is near flawless and they are easy to schedule for installing and service. They have been out to service our motorized Armor Screens which had a minor manufacturing defect promptly and they have worked perfectly since. The crews are professional knowledgeable and trained in the various systems. The pricing is fair. We are building a new home shortly and I am looking forward to working with them again.
