I want to recommend this company for all your plumbing needs. We had a few problem around our house but mainly wanted to switch our chrome faucets, ect, to brushed bronze in our main bathrooms Jacuzzi tub. We were first told it was not possible because of having no access to the pipes. And then we were quoted over $1600.00 from another company. Castle Plumbing figured out a a way to replace the pieces for under $600.00! This company knows it’s stuff. Very honest. Very friendly. Very willing to try and figure out a solution to every problem.

Perfect! It couldn't be any better. They're very friendly, very prompt, they accommodate you as soon as possible and they're always ready to come quickly as they can.

They were excellent. I hired another plumber who did not install it correctly. They came out and got the job done right. I would highly recommend them and I would definitely hire them again.

I had this area on my pipes near the hot water heater that had a lot of corrosion on it, so it was on my schedule to be fixed.  The joint had developed a minor leak but it was only going to get worse (not better).  So I called Castle Plumbing to schedule an appointment.  The office lady indicated that she had an emergency appointment in our Bonita Springs area that morning and the plumber would be available to come by after finishing that repair.  He showed up at our apartment within 2 hours of my phone call.  He took his shoes off at the doorway and was very neat.  While replacing the entire pipe connection and shut off valve,  he pointed out another area that will also need to be addressed at some point.  Bill was very professional and I thought that his fees were very reasonable for a service call to our condo.  I'm happy that this all worked out as now we know a local plumber that we can depend on.  We were very happy with the total experience with Castle Plumbing and we would recommend them to anyone who needs any plumbing service..

Excellent experience, from setting the appointment to having the work done.  Ed was prompt, professional, very experienced and knowledgeable.  I highly recommend Castle Plumbing and will definitely use them anytime I need plumbing.

Ed and Eddy were terrific.  They quickly removed the electric hot water tank and expansion tank, installed new connectors and installed new tanks. (Ed did most of the work) They were efficient and very pleasant and didn't mind answering our questions.  They were also very thoughtful about a little thing - like where to put the extended warranty -- rather than taping it onto a part of the hot water tank where it would show and look ugly, they put it under the pouch with the instructions - so it's still there and available but didn't make our tank look ugly.  The office had asked us when we scheduled the work for all the details of the old tank - size (in gallons), model number, etc. -- that way, they could provide a new tank that would fit exactly in the same space, minimizing the need for new pipes.  It worked out beautifully and we're very pleased.  We'll use them again for all future plumbing needs.

Having used a plumber in this town that charges more per hour than my corporate attorney does per hour, I decided to use Angie's List and cold call Castle Plumbing based on the straight A record. I explained to them that the job required a skilled, and conscientious plumber to do the install, as my vanity was very expensive and was custom built in Italy, taking 6 months to receive. The woman on the phone said Bill the owner would come out to do the work personally. Bill was very polite, honest, and took his shoes off before entering the home. He did a great job, and upon asking him about looking at a separate issue that we had not planned for today's schedule, he was able to fix a plug in the hot water faucet of my wife's sink. Very honest, fairly priced, and certainly HIGHLY recommended for the future. Hopefully I won't need a plumber in the near future, but I would certainly not hesitate ever calling Castle in the future or referring their name out to anyone needing work done. Thanks very much.

. Caused by a loose screw on the stopper underneath sink. I couldn't fix it, he did. I am pleased.

They are totally honest. Since it's a small job, he charges are low. I would trust him with anything. He is extremely neat and cleans up after work. I've called him over the weekend and told me what to do until he can come out.
