Castilla Roofing

Warning! Revising my previous review. Management has changed to rude, impossible-to-deal-with individuals. Both roofs have multiple leaks, and the company ignores our concerns, refusing to take responsibility for repairs. Photos attached. Also, get everything in writing—after we signed the contract, they backed out of their initial promise to add a kitchen vent, which was part of the agreement.

Everyone that looks for an honest, reliable, trustworthy, professional roofing contractor, Look no further! Castilla Roofing proven to be all of that. Furthermore, they quoted a fair price for the entire project including all play wood, vents, gutter and fascia repairs. I ended up needing more new ventilation and over 10 new play wood to be replaced and they didn’t asked me an extra dime for it. Above all, they provide excellent quality of work using the best GAP materials, they sent pictures of every step of the process and answered every question with complete integrity and knowledge. This company is one of a kind! I can’t be happier with choosing them for the project.

It was terrible. It was the worst. They were expensive and they never did the job. They didn't finish and they never came back. The quality, responsiveness, punctuality, and professionalism were terrible. They didn't do a good job. They didn't come back, they didn't fix the leak, and we spent $10,000 on it.

We hired Castilli roofing for the repair. Freddy played a large part in our choice because of his know how and truthfulness and competitiveness. Repair was scheduled and was completed in a timely fashion. We would hire Castillas again.

They were very clean, did exactly what they said they would do and fully explained products as they went. Did a very good job and made sure they completed all work correctly.

Using reviews and recommendations from friends, we had interviews with and got quotations from a number of companies. All of the presentations were excellent so it was a difficult choice to select a company to install a new concrete tile roof on our home. We are very happy we selected Castilla Roofing. Freddy, the sales manager, was professional, friendly, responsive and concerned. Ramon came by a number of times to check on progress and to make sure we were happy. The roofers did an excellent job and completed the roof in the time period that we had been led to expect. The clean up each day was meticulous. After the job was completed, there was one small section we were not happy with. Freddy and Ramon were here in no time, agreed with us, and sent the roofers back to make the change we needed. Having to install a new roof is not something we were looking forward to. We had heard horror stories from others. However, working with Castilla was a very good experience.

We are pleased with their professionalism in the way they estimated, performed and finished the job. True to their word and promises.

Excellent experience. Response to my call was fast. Freddie and Ramon can and after inspection, explained what they would do with pictures. Got the estimate the same day. Great clean up after they finished.

Our preference to deal with an owner-operated was fully justified when it came to engaging Juan Carlos and his team from Castilla Roofing to repair our roof. All workers were punctual, courteous, obliging and most importantly, under the personal supervision of the owner of the business Juan Carlos. They achieved a very high standard of workmanship. We highly recommend Castilla Roofing!

They provide a great overall service on repairs. They are very punctual and efficient. We use them quite regularly.
