I was referred to them by my real estate agent, I left them a voice mail and got a call back very quickly. They came over right away for a free estimate. Their estimate was very competitive compared to three other ones I got so I decided to use them.
Federico who is the foreman of the roofing team did a great job, always making sure to clean up after his team and also making sure the roof would not leak during the project as we did this during rainy season. He even came to the house at 5AM one day to make sure the plastic sheets had not shifted due to the strong winds and heavy rain!
The only reason why I hesitated to give them an A in every category is that there were some challenges with the softits installation due to a bad subcontractor doing a poor job initially but to Juan's (the owner) credit he had fired him before I even complained and the new subcontractor did a a really good job so the overall result was very good.
Also, the tile delivery company cracked the concrete driveway and Juan made sure they fixed it right, which they did.
I ended up hiring Casablanca for my kitcken and bathroom remodel, as well. I will post a separate feedback for that work as it was a different crew doing it.
