Measured twice on two separate occasions. Still measured wrong and had to come back at a later date to Install. Claimed they did not measure for patio and charged us extra even though they measured twice for our quote. Countertops cracked and the company has still not corrected the problem after months of us attempting to get it repaired. Keep giving us the information to deal with the manufacture company, even though we paid Carrara for the countertops and work.

This was a small job, just replacing an existing sink and counter top with granite.  When I asked if they were interested in a small job, the answer was: "Small jobs lead to big jobs.  No problem."  The initial estimate was $864.  After measuring, the final price was $1376.  When I asked why, the answer was: "It's the location.  A condominium is much more difficult to do.  And it's a small job so it's not worth the effort unless I raise the price."  Well they knew before they came to measure that it was a high rise.  And there is a loading dock and service elevator convenient to my unit.  In my judgment this was simply a low ball estimate with the intention to raise the price with the final proposal.

You are never rushed to make your selections, and if you want to come back 20 times before you decide in your edge design, (like I did!) they never run out of patience and they greet you with a smile! Robert is a wonderful installer with an artistic eye, and he created a beautiful design within the constraints of my existing kitchen. He is a perfectionist and he knows what will look the best! Be sure to request him as your installer! We could not be happier with the quality and look of our new countertops, backsplash, sink and faucet!!! We love our Sienna Bordeaux granite with 1/2 inch bezel edge, single bowl stainless steel sink and restaurant faucet! It has completely transformed our kitchen! Thank you, Cararra Marble & Granite!
