I went into the store during a sale, picked out our furniture, then chose the cushions they had on the floor because they had the pieces in stock. I was promised a ship date that never came about. When I complained the management couldn't fix the problem so I asked for a refund because none of the furniture was shipped yet after several months late. The management of the store said they would work out the details except for the special order table we ordered. I didn't think this was right since we did not receive any of our furniture and we waited months with empty promises.

I then received a call from the store telling me they couldn't refund me the money until I talked to their senior management. So I called their senior management who didn't return calls, then when I tracked down the correct person, he said they wouldn't refund the money and the order would be ours.

 if we knew the shipping would be so slow we would have ordered custom cushions and taken more time for our purchase.

All of this being said we found this company to be very different after we paid the down payment, and the reason we have purchased additional pieces from them is so it would match our original purchase. I would strongly advise people not to purchase from this company.

After all the problems, I wasn't offered a reasonable settlement for all of the inconvenience, I paid my bill, and move on!

Our experience has been awful.  First we had wanted to order cushions for a couple of chairs we were going to keep.  That was never done and had I not checked we would have never got them. 
Now after having the furniture for just a few months the fabric is all mildewed.  Looking online I saw that this particular fabric should be used indoors.  We should have been told to look at Sunbrella fabrics as they hold up better in the Forida humid air.  

I thought we should have been given some compensation.  I sent pictures and even took one of the cushions to the store..  The current manager said It was awful.  And we should have never been sold that fabric.  
After all this I was sent an email saying it was the manufacturers problem.  I feel we were trusting of Carl's and were really taken advantage.  I will also contact Lloyd Flanders and tell them that Carl's Patio if a very poor representative of their furniture.

Ordered a patio set, to get it in two weeks to three weeks because we had to get a different table. Continued to tell us fibs about where abouts of our furniture. A gentlemen in the store said it was in the warehouse, when we called back again to check a couple days later and Amy Moore said it wasn’t in the warehouse. It’s been very inconvenient for us. It has now been a month and we have no furniture and have been charged for what we’ve been purchased. I feel like they have dealt fraudulently about this.
