The team at Carribean Custom Homes did a wonderful job with our full condo remodel following Hurricane Ian. There were many design elements that we wanted to coordinate, and they did a fantastic job of seeing our vision and executing on it. Throughout the entire process they were wonderful to work with and just kept ensuring that everything that done right! Would work with them again without any hesitation!

We had a very good experience with Carribean Custom Homes. They were very professional and very helpful with helping us with the remodel work.

We terminated Blue Moon's contract for a whole house renovation. Homeowners will want to stay far away from them. In regard to our project: the Building Department shut them down for numerous code violations, including not getting permits Never provided a schedule Repeatedly lied, including taking money up front for materials that were never delivered Caused tens of thousands of dollars worth of damage.

I hired John for a kitchen remodel because they said they would complete the project quickly, I gave him a deposit around February 15, said it would take 2-4 weeks and no work has started, this has been going on for 7 weeks, they quit responding to me

Disclaimer...I had to select at least 0.5. I would give it a zero but that is not an option. We contracted with Blue Moon to remodel our house and were quoted 6 to 8 weeks to complete the job. Six months later, only a small portion of the work was completed. We were lied to several times by the Project Manager and the owner, John Moon and what work they did complete was terrible and had to be redone by another contractor. Poor workmanship, unethical behavior, commitments not kept, endless excuses and now he has put a lien on our house! Just want to share so others do not get caught in the same situation of lies, missed commitments, poor quality and in our case, without our house for almost a year. Blue Moon is a scam. Because he measured wrong for cabinets we lost our 6-foot window in the kitchen. He replaced it with a cheap 3-foot window and charged us $1100 for a $250 window and tore the siding off my house to patch the space. What he is doing is criminal! Email me for pictures. We are not the only family that has had this same experience (or worse). There is a very specific pattern. We have spoken to numerous others. Do not believe his website either... Not his product!

Had water damage due to refrigerator line leak. floor board, Pergo flooring, 2 cabinets, etc needed to be replaced & match existing cabinets/flooring/custom stone counter tops. John & Company did an EXCELLENT job on matching new kitchen cabinets to existing cabinets modifying as needed to fit perfectly, as well as painting them. Overall I found John & Tim to be prompt, courteous, communicative, doing very nice work, I am grateful, Thank You! : )

Came out same day for a quote. Scheduled the work within 48 hours. Texted and emailed me updates on times and schedules. Work was done on time and very nice work. I had steps and landing to my stilt home completed.

We signed the contract on November 25th to redo a 65 square foot bathroom and it was just completed today, March 7th. It was one of the most frustrating things I have ever encountered. There were many things that were not properly done but I will fix them myself because I can't afford to wait for the work to be done. Mr. Moon's helper did more work and better work than John. Unfortunately Francisco was only available on weekends. I would have very hard time recommending Mr. Moon.

John was very professional and attentive to the finest details. He was great to work with and incorporated all our ideas for the remodel. John has a great ability to create a color scheme that blended the countertops, shower, painted walls, and cabinets perfectly. I will not hesitate to use Blue Moon Custom Builders with future projects and would definitely recommend them for any project.

John Moon was very professional and did a great job making sure everything was taken care of the way I wanted it to be. I am extremely happy with the work that was done and would recommend him to anyone looking for a contractor.
