Captain Steamer Carpet Cleaner

The carpets don't look any different than they did before they cleaned them. The house is 5 years old and we have carpet runners in the higher traffic areas; i.e. Front door, in front of the sofa, in front of the TV, in front of the sliders to the back lanui as well as the kitchen entry and the kitchenette area. The difference in the color is unbelievable. even where the living room table is, was never walked on in the entire 5 years since the house was built but it still looks dirty and looks nothing like the original . I'm sure the dirty looking color is probably from the construction dust in the ventilation system when the house was built though I did expect it to look clean again. Sadly it doesn't. Then my wife got home from work and asked why the carpets didn't look any different. All I could do was shrug my shoulders and told her he said that was as clean as he could get it. There also; to my amazement, was the #12 and # 10 on the back of the runners that were in black magic marker and when we rolled the runners up before Captain Steamer came. After we rolled the runners up we noticed the marker was imprinted on the carpet in two different spots. Captain Steamer said they tried to get the black marker mark off the rug but they remained. After Captain Carpet left I got out my bottle of Awesome Carpet cleaner, got on my hands and knees and now the marks are gone. The bottle of cleaner only cost me $1 at dollar general. You would think being in business for over 40 years they would get it clean. I guess we won't be hiring Captain Steamer again.

2 gentlemen arrived 0n the appointment day in a clearly identified truck with logos on their shirts to confirm they were the expected carpet cleaners.  They were very polite and professional, did not play loud music or carry on loud conversations while cleaning.  The carpets are the cleanest they have been in many years and the sectional looks new again.  We were very pleased with the job and with the men who did the cleaning and will gladly use again and recommend this company to others.

This was for a rental home and we were debating to have the carpets cleaned or just replace---------We chose to hire Captain Steamer and now realize that it would have been a waste of money to replace, as they came out great; Even a lot of the marks I thought for sure would remain are now gone!.......and, I called in the AM, and they came out that same day! Couldn't have asked for anything more!!!

The tech showed up on time, he did a great job . He was friendly. He was honest about some grout work we needed to have done, so he didn't think we should pay to have it sealed. Would recommend highly.

They were on time and did a super job. The young man that did it was very personable. Their price was very reasonable; it was more reasonable than many other providers. I would rate them highly and would definitely use them again in the future; as a matter of fact, I am looking at getting some more work done pretty soon.

Pretty well, no problems, very efficient. He really knew exactly what he was doing. Cleaned furniture.

I have used this firm for 3 years now to steam clean carpets at home and at work. They are punctual, professional and do a quality job. I have not found anyone who could give a better price for the work done. This time I had them clean the tile/grout in the kitchen, bathrooms and hallway entrance. They also steam cleaned some furniture. The price was great and the tile in our home looks better now than it did the day it was installed 12 years ago. I recently found out they were voted Naples Best for carpet cleaning. Probably because they are still a small family owned business with a lot of pride in their work
