Architectural Service
Demo started in April 2014. As the architect, she designed the project and obtained all the permits. As the contractor, she collected bids for the various construction phases and jobs, managed the construction, scheduled the jobs, purchased the needed supplies and was on hand when the various inspections were performed.
In order to save money, she used primarily subcontractors who were willing to work after-hours or weekends. She did not tolerate any deviation from the zoning-approved plans. She insisted on good quality work; if the sub did not perform, or if they submitted an invoice that was over and above the agreed upon price, she was firm yet fair. There are a few subs who are not happy with her ... but they were not her customers, we were. And we are very happy with her.
