I left a voice message before company's closing hour on Thursday, March 9, 2017, and did not receive a return call by end of day on Friday, March 10. I stated in my message that I had found the company through Angie's List. I would not work with a company that has poor follow-up.

"Hi [Member name], So sorry to hear that you did not receive a response from us. As I mentioned to you yesterday, we take customer service seriously. When I came in to the store this morning I spoke to my staff to see if they had received any messages from Thursday evening. They said there was a message from one of our vendors. We checked caller ID and that was the only message. We don't know what happened to your message. I can only apologize again. Comcast informed us that they were working on our lines that evening. That could be the answer, but there isn't anyway that I can verify that Sincerely Jo Ann Russo"

Made an appointment for Monday.  When I arrived, I was told to take the car around to the back of the bldg. at the only garage door. and when I got there John was waiting and opened the door.  He pulled the car into the garage and told me I could wait in room at the front of the office.  Nice area.  After about an one hour and forty-five minutes, he ask me to come back and take a look and ask if I was satisfied.  He worked up the bill as I was quoted, he explained about not putting the windows down for three days and use only a mild soap (a little Dawn) to wash the inside after about ten days.  He said, "any problems come back and see me".  I paid the bill and left.  The tinting makes a world of different.  Phil. I checked our phone logs & spoke to my staff regarding your call & no one remembers your name. Returning phone calls is the first thing I do when I start the day and the first thing I do when I return from an estimate. My clients come first. We did have some intermittent phone problems this month. Again I apologize. Jo Ann Russo Owner"

It went great, the quality of the material and the quality of the construction, everything was perfect. It couldn't have been better, it was really excellent. They bend over backwards to make you happy. I felt the price was very fair because i had a lot done and i picked out expensive fabric.
