Dr. Lisa Cooper is one of the most compassionate vets I've ever dealt with.  My 14-yr-old beagle had stopped eating and didn't want to walk further than the end of my short driveway.  This was his way of telling me that he was ready to move on and, on a previous vet visit, Dr. Cooper informed me that all of his lymph nodes were swollen.  He had been living with very large lipomas all over his body for a few years so, sadly, I made the appointment to ensure he didn't suffer any further.
I'd had this dog since he was a puppy so it was very hard to let go but Dr. Cooper and her staff accommodated us in every sense of the word.  I sat on the floor with Sam and cradle him during the whole process.  When he wasn't quite sedated enough, she administered more and waited until we were both comfortable.  The procedure was fast and painless for Sam and I was allowed to stay with him as long as I needed to.
Bayridge Veterinary provides the utmost in compassionate, ethical, and professional service for all of your pet's needs.

the vet should have simply evaluated the kittens upper respiratory problem instead of grabbing her and taking an x-ray of her stomach just to make some money.  I know things are rough this time of year in Naples  the seasonal people are not here and everyone is hurting but this is no reason to rip off the locals

We do that every 6 weeks and they do a good job.  Also we have used Dr Lisa Cooper there for about 10 years as our general care doctor for our two dogs and she is the best.

staff was efficient & polite  but not  overly friendly  to us or our little dog. We are used to warmer interaction with our previous vets & assistants.. Dr Cooper was  friendly at first  but  quickly seemed annoyed  as I tried to get  a simple clarification on her treatment plan. Since our stool specimen would be sent out thus no diagnosis yet available I wanted to know what her " I'm going to send you home with "something to make her tummy feel better "meant. If I'm giving pills which may cause serious side effects I would like to know they are necessary & the reason they are being prescribed. (  Except for some intermittent  diarrhea my dog was almost acting normally)   Also the 3 small tabs were supposedly cut in half by the staff. ( my dog is tiny) The pieces  cut were so irregular I could'nt tell if 2 of them were halves or quarters .  My option was either over or undose.   Also Dr Cooper seemed annoyed I chose to use my rice/chicken diet which I had good success with instead of her prescription dog food.Had she offered a reason hers was better I would have bought it.   Again, as an RN I am all for medication for the right reason. I was only trying to get an explanation of treatment  given before  we had the stool spec results. We  felt like we were being rushed out of the exam room.   I do want to be treated as a pet owner  who is intitled to  an explanation regarding treatment & not feel frustrated trying to get it.

Everyone at Bayridge has always been pleasant, and I find them professional and friendly. They've always been helpful when I've needed advice on issues outside of my pup's yearly appointments. They're good people.  (Truthfully, I can't really remember the total cost of the May visit...it's a fairly educated guess, however, from past experience.)

They are the best.  The entire staff completely loves and cares about my pets.  Both Dr. Cooper and Dr. Theiss are equally qualified and caring people.  They were recommended to me by several people when I got my first dog.
The staff groomer is consistent and trims my dogs exactly how I ask.
Both my dogs love the doggie day care while I am at work, which makes them completely unafraid of going to the vet.
I have been in the back area where the dogs are kept for boarding, and it is very clean and well maintained.  There is an inside run and an outside run/play area.
I would not take my babies to anyone else.

Whenever I have called her, she has always accommodated me. They are very attentive and really bond with your animals. She has my 13 year old dog since she was a pup. My dogs haven't been anywhere else.

The people in this office are wonderful. Dr. Cooper is a compationate person and she clearly loves animals. No nonsense, no baloney. She is now my regular veterinarian and I wouldn't take my pet anywhere else!

She is a true animal lover and uses great care in our concerns for all our dogs. We have had dogs for years and she is by far the best veterinarian that we have ever had.
