From the beginning Joe (the owner) was professional, timely and accurate. His experience is profound and always offered options rather than "this is what we can do" or "no". He told us what was the most expensive, what was the least expensive and what was necessary to accomplish our goals...each time he offered suggestions that made sense and were economically sound. The day of the installation Joe and his technician were on time, prepared and wonderful with our children taking time to answer their questions as well as ours. After cleaning the room almost better than before and prior to departing Joe went over in detail how to operate the new equipment and made sure we knew how to navigate through the system. When we ran into a snag in early evening (we forgot out to operate something) we called Joe and he walked us through the opportunity. We will be using AV Trends moving forward on two other large projects. Our system will is amazing and set-up for the ever changing world of technology because of suggestions from AV Trends.

They came out to provide an estimate to mount a large flat screen TV on the wall in my den. I was pleased with them so I scheduled a date for the install. They kept the date and showed up right on time. They were able to complete the job in one visit and were very meticulous. Because of the quality and reliability of their work, I decided to have them install and 4 camera home security system. We love the camera system and have not had any problems with the TV install.
I would highly recommend these company.

Of coarse, with this type of project, things can happen, which can cause delays from the original plan, which was explained to us, before we got started. A few little delays because of the structure in the attic did happen, but everything continued smoothly after AV Trends found a very intuitive work around. The project went on for 4 days, within the limit we were advised of. Joe, the owner and his staff for that matter, are VERY Personable, courteous and professional. They are a little on the expensive side, which I was a little hesitant about in the beginning, but now that I've been through one of their installs, it has been worth every single penny!! They advertise on their website and quot;If it plugs into the wall, we most likely sell, service and install itand quot; That couldn't be more true! I still am baffled how this company has so much knowledge in all the areas of technology anyone would need.
The cleanup: Or should I say and quot;what cleanup?and quot; My new home was left in perfect order, after each day of work to my liking. There were a couple of things they had asked if they could leave behind until the following day, I had no problem with it. There was one day they did forget to sweep up a very small pile of sheetrock dust, but within an hour of them leaving, the owner Joe called back and told me they had forgotten and even offered to drive back to take care of it. I was overwhelmed by the service offering! It wasn't a big deal, it was a very very small pile of dust swept into a pile out of the way.
Bottom line, I would hire this company again and again. They are now my local techs and I plan to fly them to my second home to mimic the same technologies them installed at my Naples Home.
