Auto Pride Collision

This is a first class service provider! Six years ago it was recommended to me by USAA, my insurance company. USAA researches
businesses thoroughly before sending members to them because USAA is very customer oriented and value-added.
The office that I had gone to six years ago was no longer in the old location. I just drove there and found that it was gone. I called USAA and asked for the new address. I called Auto pride to ask for directions because the area is sometimes difficult to find
businesses. The roads ar angled and if you miss one it is a big loop to get back to the original turn. I called Auto pride the second time, as I missed the turn the first time and the receptionist was very helpful and polite and told me precisely how to proceed.
When I got there, she greeted me warmly and gave me some papers to fill out. Within 10 minutes a young man came over and introduced himself and asked how could he help me. I explained that I needed to have at least half of my car painted . He suggested that we go out and take a look at it. He saw the area immediately that needed re-painting. He indicated that if there was paint left over that he would use it to cover some of the small dings unrelated to the main job. The job was scheduled for a Friday on Tuesday the week before Thanksgiving. The outcome is terrific and the car looks like new. All of the staff were extremely friendly, professional and exceeded my expectations. I will never go anywhere else. Bravo, Auto Pride. Great job. Thank you.

Ken Starcher was my contact person. After viewing the damages and giving me an estimate of the cost, we made an appointment for the repair to be done two days later. During the repair service, I was totally informed of the progress being made and, when a question arose, photos were sent to me via computer for my viewing and an explanation of options was given. The final result of the repair is excellent. There is absolutely no way that one could tell any repairs had been made. The shop even touched up a minor scrape to the back bumper and vacuumed the interior of the car before returning it to me. The cost was exactly as stated in the estimate. I would highly recommend this repair shop. Be aware, though, that they do not accept personal checks or American Express cards as forms of payment, only Visa, MasterCard, or insurance company payments.
