AC broke on a Thursday evening. We called them Thursday evening around 6 pm and left a non urgent message. It is December after all. No response to that message. Oh well. We called again the next morning at 9 am. They were here at 1 pm. Diagnosed the problem quickly and ordered the unit that day (Friday). They were here at 9am on Monday and did a great job. Price wise. Per my limited research on Amazon the condenser and AC with shipping cost should be around $3000 (extremely rough estimate). Refrigerant is expensive and the entire system needed charging of course. It took four hours to install so I consider the labor cost to be very fair and reasonable. They were very very professional. They are now my official AC guys.

Everything went really well. They were very professional, they did a good job. They were in and out. He had a small crew and he did a registration for me so I could get a rebate. The pricing was much better than I got from anyone else.
