Average service, tech did very little except brush walls. Every time I needed help - Corey would sound irritated or just ignore me. Doesn?t know anything about pumps or heaters. Several times I had to ask for return service to clean pool properly. My advice- hire a company with full service permit that can help with pump or heaters.

They simply did not show up for weeks! Lousy service!

I used this service for about 6 months, always paid my bills on time. I called Cory for a problem on July 13, 2023 and my call was not returned. Subsequent calls over next few days were not returned. I had to be out of town for a while and when I returned to my house on August 4, 2023, the pool was green and disgusting. So, not only did he not return my calls, but he also abandoned my pool. It was horrible. This is first time in my 40 years of having a pool serviced in Florida that I was abandoned by a pool service company. Horrible customer service. Stay away from this company!

After 3 years as a customer. This guy stops servicing the pool with no notice. Does not take calls, does not return calls. Heard from his team member, and I do not that house anymore

Went above & beyond before I was even a customer, when I faced an emergency situation on a weekend. My pool maintenance company at the time was nowhere to be found and I was left scrambling to resolve the issue. Cory guided me on the phone without even knowing me, free of charge. As a result of this exceptional service, I immediately went with Aqua Pool & Spa for my regular pool maintenance service and have never looked back. Cory is a hands-on owner who personally looks after our pool. He provides a detailed check-list of the work completed each week. We have been with Aqua for just under 1 month and we continue to be very satisfied. Based on the above, I can highly recommend Aqua Pool & Spa.

We have had this pool for30+ years and Cory is our 3rd pool pro. The 2nd service was handed down from their parents-what a disaster! This is a rental home for three months out of the year and quality is a must. I couldn't be happier with the level of excellence that comes with this company! Mr. Holland is the epitome of a perfectionist. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and personable. He is very proactive by avoiding any unnecessary repairs, and takes the time to explain simple ways to save money. His rates are fair and competitive. Also, he will go above and beyond the call of duty when the situation warrants. I cannot recommend this company enough! I've never used Home Advisory before but I will from now on! I am from the northeast and shortly after I hired Cory he assisted me in carrying furniture inside before we knew how bad Hurricane Mathew was going to be. I am so happy with the quality of service he provides and anyone living in SWFL will be able to relate how difficult it is to obtain such a high level of professionalism regardless if you are in town or if there are renters in your home. I've heard nothing but glowing reports from our renters!
