IIt went great! Since I had used Mike for the previous small job, it was reassuring to have someone I knew doing the major work. Mike is friendly, personable, knowledgeable and professional. He will be my first call for any plumbing work I need in the future.

Mike Neff, owner of Appletree Plumbing and his assistant Installed new
hot water heater, removed old unit and disposed of old materials.
We contacted and evaluated 4 plumbing service contractors with experienced plumbers..
Three of the 4 were A rated on Angies List. I also called Appletree Plumbing
because they had previously installed a new kitchen faucet and only charged
only 1/3 or 1/2 what others charged for similar work.
They followed up promptly when we communicated prior to final selection.
Then they promptly arrived 10 minutes early
Appletree's price was from less expensive to somewhat less than the other
three . Their final price was actually less than the verbal estimate!
They also provided requisite documentation of licensing and insurance.
We also had a problem with our clothes washer control.. They took a look and
fixed right away. They did not charge for that work!
They were very careful in every detail of their work, taking care to avoid any
damage to our home, and were very friendly.
