They came out promptly and did a good job.

The estimate was made soon after I called and the work crew arrived within four days of my acceptance. The work was done well and the cleanup was thorough. I will call again when my trees need work, It was a job well done.

I had the estimate done in Sept 2016 but wanted to wait until Jan 2017 to have the work done because I had many bulbs/rhizomes under some of the trees and wanted those plants to be dormant when the trees were trimmed. Fred is the arborist, from Anchor Tree Service, who did the estimate and he came out and directed the workers on the job. I really like that a licensed arborist is supervising the team. They did an outstanding job including a great job of clean up of fallen debris. Fred is a great teacher and explained to me how the trimming was done on the Hong Kong Orchid tree so that they are changing the lead trunk to be one that points away from the garage. Fred answers questions about the trees and is very helpful. The team was careful and cleaned up all branches and leaves. I think their prices are reasonable. I did do comparable shopping/prices. See photos.

Did a good job. However, took longer than anticipated We had to call several times to get job completed. Was not expected to pay until completed.

This company is excellent in every way. I called 3 companies, this was the nicest and the quickest to respond. The price was very reasonable, as compared to the others. They did a very neat job. I would like to give them an A+

The whole experience went very well, from our initial contact to the actual work. They showed up when they said they would for the estimate and sent a detailed written estimate promptly. When I had questions, they were answered promptly, courteously, and in enough detail that I could understand what the issues were. The work crew arrived exactly when they said they would, and I have seldom et seen people who worked harder. I will be calling this vendor again.

The first time the crew showed up they did half the work and left. I had to email the sales person who told me it would be done the following week....they never showed up. I emailed again and they finally showed up but didn't know what to do...the two days after that the stumps finally were taken care of. When the work was done it was done very well...I would use them again.

I pretty much call Keegan at Anchor whenever I need hurricane trimming, tree removal or trimming that my yard man won't do. He is reasonable and will fit me in his schedule in a reasonable amount of time. 
We couldn't grind the stump of this particular tree because it was located too close to the house.

I called three companies and Anchor was the one that got back to me most quickly. I got a call back from a person at their office to schedule an estimator's visit. Carter who is the owner showed up right on time (he called 5 minutes prior, as well). 
Carter explained all their services and the pros and cons of the different options. He is a very likable guy yet very professional.
We agreed on a price, he sent me an estimate by e-mail immediately (he has a cool app on his phone to provide real-time estimates). I approved it right there and he said they would call me to schedule the service.
As I was so busy with all the other work going on around the house that I completely forgot about this and then realized it had been weeks since I had approved the work and I had not received their call. I contacted them and they scheduled the service right away and sent an amazing crew, those guys worked very quickly and diligently. 
The guy that took care of removing the roots was not as approachable as the tree-cutting crew but he was effective nonetheless. He also was not as clean as the other team as he left more wood chips and unleveled dirt than the other guys, but not a big deal.
Overall I am very happy with their services and will hire again.

They were absolutely wonderful. They did it in one day and did a fantastic job. It was on a Friday and came back on Monday and took out the stump and ground it up and took that away. They were very neat and thorough. I liked the person who came here and the guys were fine. He said he wouldn't be the cheapest but actually he was. They got here quicker than he actually anticipated originally. He said about two weeks but they were here in 1 week. They were here on time. I'm going to recommend them to my neighbors.

Keegan Weeks followed up with us immediately and worked in conjunction with Sunstate Fence in coordinating the tree removal and fence installation. They did a fabulous job. My husband was home for a brief time and my mother was home with our toddler all day and both raved about the crew's hard work. There is a palm and a bush that was not removed and we followed up with them about removing them as we'll. We assumed both were noninvasive plants and may not have been included in the original quote. Keegan assessed the palm and the bush and even included it our original quote. We were impressed and grateful.

Got three estimates.  Anchor was in between but since we had used them before and been very satisfied, decided to go with their quote.  Fit us into the schedule as we were having guests and the trees were dropping needles and dead branches all over the driveway and house. Arrived when scheduled did the job in a timely fashion. Very professional.  Office staff pleasant and responsive as are salesmen and scheduler.

The crew came out and trimmed three HUGE trees behind my rental property.  They were there when they were supposed to be and did an amazing job.  The price was reasonable for the amount of trimming they did.  I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

Second time I've used them. Promptly returned my call for to request an estimate. Came out the next day to look at the monster ficus tree. Described to me exactly what they would do - "lift and thin". I had had another company come out prior to Anchor and their certified arborist had described exactly the same procedure only at considerably higher price.

When I asked the Anchor rep when they could do the work, he said "the day after tomorrow" - not 2 or 3 weeks in the future as others had told me.  They showed up on time and did exactly what they said they would do. Completely satisfied with the fine work and fair price. Will definitely use them again and would highly recommend them to others.
