Amerivest Reality

We were referred to Anita by one of her colleagues in Amerivest, who due to time constraints, was not available to help us.  We had given her colleague our wish list for a house, which he passed onto Anita.  Anita immediately set to work and sent us a list of houses that met our criteria.  We met her at her office on 5th Avenue where she gave us a large packet with information on the houses we were to visit that day. We didn't expect to find anything straight away, but luckily found a house we loved on our the first day..  Anita arranged a second viewing the next day and we made an offer, which after some negotiations, was accepted.

There were a few issues to overcome in the buying process, but Anita was always there to help solve the problems.  For example, our Orlando bank's Underwriter did not  initially accept the contract that is specific to the Naples area.  However, Anita acted as an intermediary between the Naples Title Company and the Orlando bank and the contract was eventually accepted.  We were still in Orlando on the day of the house inspection, so Anita stood in for us and followed the Inspector around the house for two hours.  That saved us a seven hour return trip from Orlando.

It was great having Anita on our side.  She is very conscientious and was always available to answer our many questions.  She's an 'old-school' Realtor who does whatever it takes to help her clients and we would have no reservations about recommending her.
