Comcast/ xfinity could learn a lot from this company. It took them three weeks of my constant phone calls get any kind of help from Comcast and they never truly fixed a thing. Dustin Woods was very helpful in explaining what the problems were and what he needed to do to fix the computer. He used plain English to let me know what was wrong and what we needed to do. He was clear in the options of what was needed and how long it would take and the cost. I will use Dustin again If needed.

Dustin was able to fix our malware issues and otherwise improve the speed/quality of our computer's performance. He response was prompt(within an hour of our call) and he was able to work remotely.
