They did good but the crews are loose for the air-condition. They did not secure the cover enough.

Owner Russell Miller responded promptly to my on-line inquiry via Home Advisor - within the hour, and the only “Pro” to respond at all – and was prompt, courteous and professional. He discussed my options for the system and layout and gave me a fair price and 5 days later his team arrived on time. They were courteous and good-natured – amongst themselves as well as with their customer; helpful with explanations and suggestions for optimal path at each stage of the the installation; readily responded to my requests for small changes; and did a very neat, solid and handsome job. Owner Russell followed up the next day to review the work and make sure that his customer was happy. Not often I open my wallet with a happy face:-)….Thanks all for a good job well done. Unfortunately, having started so well, and despite several phone calls and images of problem sent I could not get them to return to fix an installation error in the ductwork which I'd not noticed at acceptance, so I had to do the best DIY I could - still leaking.

The technician was very competent and thorough, and took sufficient time to check and clean the items. He also explained the tests and results. AMA provided us with a copy of the readings, work done and comments for the next service. I plan to use AMA from now on.

Very good service on air conditioner installation, and their prices were lower than the other estimates I got. They offer several brands of air conditioning systems with different features and prices. The owner is knowledgeable and explains everything.

I called AMA for a second opinion The first company I called told me I needed a new compressor that cost 1900. Ama came out and found I only needed a new capacitor that was 200. O am very happy I called them. It is nice to find am honest AC company

We just purchased this house within the first two weeks, the AC began to leak. The AMA team came out three times, fixed and replaced clogged lines (what a mess). Each time, the unit kept leaking. The last time they came out, they removed the unit from the upstairs closet, replaced the pan, cleaned the unit and replaced it. They were very careful because although the unit is 10 years old, they felt the rest of it seemed to be in good enough shape to last us another year or two and they didn't want to create any damage - which is a risk when you manhandle rusty coils. They were very conscientious, worked all day to problem solve the leak, discussed every angle with us and after a full day of working on the unit and it STILL leaked, they didn't charge us... no charge until they solved the problem and then they charged us only for solving the problem, not the extra hours it took to get there. These guys were competent, professional and fair. They have been responsive to every call we've made, every question we've asked. We highly recommend them.

.AMA provided best AC unit and price from 4 bidders for the job. Service was exceptional, prompt, clean and neat. This is the second time I have used AMA and will always call them for future AC services. I have always received high praise and thanks for the recommending AMA to others

Everything went great. Our unit was about 10 years old and we wanted to take advantage of the tax incentive and FPL rebate expiring at the end of the year. We had used AMA Services before for tune-ups and repairs and for the new unit they were great about getting us an estimate and doing the work promptly and professionally.
