Did good job installing counter. Only issue was a dent in Refrigerator that can not be fixed do to part being discontinued!

I chose Alpha after getting quotes from 3 vendors and stopping in at one other's showroom. I had no guidance for choosing a granite company other than Angie's List. So I got quotes from 3 mentioned on Angie's List and one that I just drove by one day. When I went to Alpha, Ciprian was very helpful and attentive. He listened to my description of the kitchen and showed me granites he thought would be appropriate. I told him I was only interested in a level one price point and he never tried to push me to consider something more expensive. ( I was spiffing up a condo that will be sold in a couple years) Also, unlike in the past, I was not working with a designer, interior decorator, or general contractor , I coordinated the plumber with the granite installers and the appliance delivery and all went well. When I signed the contract with Alpha, I put down a 50% deposit. Alpha arrived when they said they would to template and to install. The installation took place about 8 days after measuring. The tile backsplash was purchased from them and was also nicely done by Daniel who was sent by Alpha. Throughout the process, I would text Ciprian with questions and he would answer promptly. What more could you ask for? A job well done within budget, on time with a contractor who communicates with you. Installer Miguel is great, he goes above and beyond the call of duty. They not only did a super job helping us find a selection but it was just large enough to make two improvents.Because it was difficult to get the large section for the ledge between the kitchen and dining room they was a small wall repair that I made and painted. We are super pleased with the results. It looks like a new kitchen!

Met with Bill (one of the owners) at his shop ,  told him what we wanted , and helped us pick out the stone and marble and new sinks. He worked up a price based on my sq ft measurements which I found very reasonable as we were going right with the subcontractor without the middleman in between.

A few days later he came out to measure and make the templates. He brought out Ron the plumber who checked all our pipes and gave a price to replace all the shutoffs and install owner supplied fixtures $400..

About a week later, the work was completed while we were back up north. They did a great job and we love it. Our neighbor saw their truck and saw what they did for us and ordered their own granite and marble . They love their new countertops too.

Alpha Stone Designs did a fantastic job. My bathroom I would say is a Caesar's Palace bathroom. And the kitchen is phenomenal.

The counter tops came in within a week. Everyone can't believe how gorgeous they look. They brought me the piece that they cut out for the sink to use as a cutting board. They came in when they were supposed to, there were 2 people and they measured everything. They said they would have one counter on Thursday and they were here bright and early on Thursday. On Friday they had the rest and it took 4 guys to carry it in. They took their time to make sure everything was sealed up and smoothed down all the corners, they went over everything really fine and cleaned it up. They put my sink in and it was just unbelievable.
