Johnnie did a great job with our inspection and on short notice. Our insurance company folded and we were forced to find insurance within 2 weeks. We found coverage but they requested a wind mitigation report and a 4 point inspection. Johnnie scheduled time for us and got it done, thoroughly with pictures and descriptions. When the report was done he sent the report out to insurance and we were granted some discounts based on the great job he did. Prices were in line with other companies we have used, value was great! So grateful to have him come by and take care of this for us, grateful for every penny saved with insurance these days. Again thanks so much! Professional, thorough and cleans up!

I am so lucky to have had John doing the inspections for my property. When I called John, hoping he could help, I only had one week left in Naples and wanted to know of any problems with the house before leaving. He did his best to help me right a way, inspecting it a condo of about 1800sq. His work totaled more than three hours, including pictures and records of all the items needing repairs. He did a fantastic job, well exceeding my expectations. Additionally, he provided contacts for handymen, which will surely help me a lot in the future! I highly recommend hiring him to do inspections!

Now that we are living in the house, we are uncovering multiple infractions that we expected a highly rated home inspection service to pick up. For instance, Malfunctioning LCD panel on a 3 yr old microwave - Garbash disposal leak - exterior light switch malfunctioning - inoperable exterior flood light, not optimal lanai sliding glass doors closure, AC compressor that died less than 1 month after living in the house. Built in outdoor kitchen gas grill with 3 years of grease - fire hazard!, pool/spa light discrepancy. If you are looking for a qualified home inspector I would recommend someone that has been in the building trade. We are thousands of dollars out of pocket. The inspector was contacted after moving in and other then “ I follow my template” no recourse on the above items or price paid for this service.

As repeat customers here in Naples FL, we recommend ALLHOME INSPECTION, LLC for any of their services with the highest possible score. In the last 30 years we have hired several different home inspectors for our homes up north and by far, none compared. After researching, contacting and phone interviewing several home inspectors here in Naples, it was clear that we would be hiring Mr. John Barreiro, Chief Inspector, to perform our home inspection and wind mitigation. John provided very through, highly detailed and easy to read reports of which clearly exceeded our expectations. Interaction was both professional and personable as we met him onsite and wanted to learn about our home under contract; his insight was outstanding. With confidence, we purchased our home in July 2017, made 1 mortgage payment and was then introduced to IRMA. 8 months later, we had our roof replaced and hired them back to update their wind mitigation report. The insurance company accepted the updated report with no delay and our annual insurance rate dropped significantly. Mr. John Barreiro, is highly recommended to anyone who wants the truth "if they can handle the truth". We were definitely emotionally attached to our potential future home and sometimes you don't want to hear anything bad, but there were issues identified. His impressive competencies no doubt are deeply rooted as a retired NYPD Detective. (John's public service included 911 and the months to follow.) The home inspection report served us well as we worked with the realtors' to negotiate a fair final offer and set the stage for repairs prior to closing. Johnny Barreiro, the lead inspector, was flexible on dates, hugely responsive and accommodative to our needs and timings. The inspection was top notch: infra-red camera, VDO footage/photos of issues etc with reports to the absolute detail; VDO/pictures do not lie. Well worth the cost. Given the cost of the property, the investment in the inspection, is a rounding error and will pay massive dividends in to the future. The best investment we have made so far. The punchlist is thorough and complete and will add value to our dream home.

John did an exceptional job. He took photos, and videos of the inspection. We don't live there and this was all done with the owners as well as us not being there. Even though this was only a 900 sq. ft. condo, his inspection was extremely detailed, he got on the roof to inspect the air conditioning. He even included items that were the homeowners' associations responsibilities. When we talked to him about the items that needed attention, he was very clear and helpful with our questions. He promptly emailed the report to us and we asked him to send it to the owners as well and he did that. I would highly recommend him. Being out of town, we really lucked out in choosing John. Our pre-settlement inspection discovered defects in our new home that we never would have found. These included insulation installed incorrectly, an open electrical box, tub not properly seated, cracked roofing tiles, etc. To confirm that all repairs were completed properly and our house was in good shape before our warranty expired, we had a second inspection done which was a good decision. The builder was resistant to make all the repairs needed, but with the extensive photos from the first inspection (more than 500!) and the two reports, we prevailed. We now are confident that our home was built properly and have recommended this company to friends who are building a custom home.

The Chief Inspector, John Barreiro, of ALLHOME INSPECTION, LLC is one of the most professional and dependable individuals with whom I have had the opportunity to work. When inspecting a property, he marks every potential issue, inside and out, and then takes the homebuyer through a tour of the property, explaining everything and answering questions. John performed two different property inspections for me during the course of my house hunt, and his thoroughness kept me from making a financial mistake with the first property. John is not only proficient and meticulous, he is also reasonably priced. For an affordable amount, he will provide the additional documents that are useful to Southern Florida homebuyers, such as 4-Point and Wind Mitigation forms. When I sought insurance quotes, the insurance agents noted how organized and complete the provided forms were. These forms resulted in significant insurance savings. In short, John gave me all of the information that I needed to make a wise financial investment and save money.

Having owned two houses prior to this one, we have seen a few home inspections. This was by far the most exhaustive and thorough we have had. John started immediately after his arrival, describing to us what he would be doing, how he would conduct the inspection and how long it would take. He invited us to join him for the entire inspection, we instead picked and chose various inside and outside venues. He did an initial survey on the outside and inside, and then really got to work. I accompanied him on the outside portion, not only did he cover everything you could imagine, but he also explained water, windows, electricity, roofing and gradient. Having taken two courses a while ago in home inspection, I was completely comfortable from this point on with the work he was doing. At the end of his 3.5 hour inspection he walked us around and through the house, and had marked items with tape and explained to us what needed to be done to correct things. This first informed us of the general condition of the house and also made it very easy to prepare a list of repairs for the seller to rectify. Besides the Home Inspection he also provided us with a Wind Mitigation report which we can use to obtain less expensive house insurance. My recommendation is like all the others he has received, definitely an A and I'd go for an A+. Personable, knowledgeable, thorough and efficient, what more could you ask for. Described as the best and he is. He also provided both video describing items he found in an easy format, and also provided many still photos as well.

    John performed an extremely diligent inspection of a home I am in contract to purchase.  I chose John's firm myself based on his reviews at Angieslist, as I have experience with the low quality work and conflict-of-interest from broker-recommended inspectors.  

    He performed his inspection shortly after an inspection from another firm that did a low quality job.  He spent several hours more than the average inspector would.  He used specialized tools and drew on his extensive knowledge of various home systems that went way beyond the scope of most inspections I've seen.

    John found material and significant issues with the house that ultimately saved me a lot of time and money, which were not identified by the inspection immediately before his.  His report was clear, concise and thorough, and he included all the original high resolution pictures and videos which make for useful records for future reference.

    He takes pride in his work, and is almost obsessive in his attention to detail.  His communication was excellent throughout the process and reflects his focus on quality and outstanding outcomes for his customers.  I can move forward without worries, knowing I have all my bases covered after John's extremely thorough inspection.  I am happy to do business with people of high integrity and professionalism such as John.  I will be recommending John to all my friends that require inspections in the future.

WOW! Cannot say enough good things about John's work!
Let's start with a comparison: We are in the process of both selling and purchasing a home. A few days ago, there was an inspection done on our current home.  Two men came and were in and out of the home in less than an hour.  Yesterday, we had John inspect the home we are trying to purchase. John inspected the home for over 3 hours and then did a walk through with us for another TWO HOURS!!  For the same price, John, clearly, was the better deal!
The quality of John's work was exceptional!  He did not rush us, let us re-look at items,  thoroughly answered every question we had, and gave us maintenance tips throughout the house.  He had emailed the pictures AND VIDEOS to us before we even arrived home and the full report came this morning and was thorough, detailed, and professional but easy-to-read and understand!

John, the Lead Inspector, was far more thorough than anyone we have used in the past.  He was on-site for nearly 6 hours and provided us a complete and detailed report on every attribute of the home. Without his level of detail and overall knowledge we would have been unaware of several significant shortcomings within the home.

In addition to the home inspection he is also certified to provide wind mitigation services, which was very convenient. Again, he went above and beyond to research all openings and construction standards. He was able to provide the insurance company a very detailed report that in turn lowered our homeowner's insurance.

His follow-up to review the results and his communication skills were top-notch.

We will certainly hire AllHome Inspection  for any future home inspection and wind mitigation services.

John performed an excellent job. We decided to be present the day of the inspection in order to get a more personal feel of the site conditions. He was very meticulous making sure not to miss anything and always open to any questions throughout the process. Some of the things checked for included roofing, plumbing/drainage/moisture levels, electrical, sheetrock, A/C and heating, foundation, doors and windows, appliances, etc. At the end he gave us a tour going over all the information he had gathered, providing suggestions, and educating on the different aspects of the building. He presented the true condition of the home in a very clear and easy to understand way. His report document explained everything in detail and included pictures and video. We couldn't have asked for more. He would be THE person I would recommend to friends or family for a home inspection without a doubt.
