Services we offer

We warranty our new shutters for 10yrs and 5yrs on electric motors. On repairs we warranty out work and parts for one year. We do offer re screening, service and cleaning.

They did the initial install of the shutters and they come every year and clean up. They are good. The guys come and they do the job. They are very professional when they come to do the job and leave.

The work was not performed as contracted. Based on collecting our deposit on July 2, AWHS should have completed the work by August 20 at the latest. I called AWHS in late August, and they promised to complete the work within two weeks. This was not done.
All Weather Hurricane Shutters was well aware of our condo building's policy that does not allow construction activity after October 1. Our building manager was willing to allow several extra days beyond Oct 1 for AWHS to complete the shutter installation. In a voicemail to me on October 2 AWHS again promised to complete the work within one week - but they did not do so.
I have no confidence that All Weather Hurricane Shutters will complete the work. We have asked for our deposit to be returned, but AWHS has refused to do so

Hurricane shutter,was stuck mid-way down. All Weather Hurricane Shutters repairmen came out and fixed the shutter. Repairmen were prompt, courteous and professional. Will definitely use them in the future.
