I had good success with them. We were very pleased with the service. I had them come once for service. They did the installation as well in 2010. They were particularly conscientious with working with us. The man that actually met with us was really conscientious and knowledgeable on what are needs might be. He didn’t try to sell us the most expensive thing. He realized what are needs were here and took all that into consideration and he was able to give us a recommendation. The price was in line because we had some other estimates. If I have any issues they are my people. They were very accommodating. I had to wait a couple of weeks to get an appointment but I think that is pretty normal for a good firm.

They did a really good job, so I would give them the thumbs up for sure. They knew their business. The air conditioner they installed has been very nice and it runs really cheap and that is what they said they would do for me and they did exactly what they said. I haven’t really compared their price that much. I just went with any brand, so I don’t know how to rate them on price. The quality is excellent. They were punctual and very quick. I would use them again in the future if necessary.
