I would recommend All Dry SWFL to anyone in need of water damage issues. Our property had a water issue from the above unit, flooding our Bathroom, Kitchen, and Master Bedroom. Called All Dry and the owner John came out to the property and assessed the problem and explained the plan to dry the unit and abate any possible mold issues. Repair was completed on a timely basis with A+ work. All Dry employees were professional throughout the process. THANK YOU All Dry!

John, the owner was exceptional. He was very knowledgeable and honest. He told me most companies would want you to do more testing and charge you for more services and he told me that I didn't need further testing because everything was normal. He didn't even charge me for his initial visit which was a couple hours after I contacted him. I wish all contractors and technicians were as good and honest as John. John Kuntz arrived late on a Friday afternoon with an hours notice. He and his crew installed large dehumidifiers and fans and were able to save walls and cabinets that had been flooded by an upstairs washing machine. John is a terrific guy and gave us advice and recommendations on restoring a damaged floor, ceiling and walls. Heâ s both honest and knowledgeable. I give John and All Dry the highest recommendation possible.
