Owner/manager was able to communicate but I was unable to communicate with staff or give direction, once she left my home. (language barrier) There were positives and negatives. They certainly put in the time I paid for and they were pleasant and courteous, however, I probably would look at other providers if I need help on a regular basis. It was also a bit inconvenient that I had to take out and anticipate everything they would need for cleaning supplies, step stool, etc.

I called in advance to make sure they could accommodate me at the last-minute during a holiday week. They managed to fit me in and told me they would be showing up between 3-3:30. They ended up calling to let me know they had finished their previous job early and were there ahead of 2. There were two cleaners, both were friendly although their english was not very strong. I showed them through the house - they told me they did not have the proper cleaner for the tile floors. As I am in the process of moving, I did not have any floor cleaner with me and was surprised they did not bring it with them. However, I had them continue with the rest of the cleaning and I obtained floor cleaner in the meantime. Overall, they worked hard and did a very thorough job. I felt the price paid was fair for the quality provided; the only issue for me is that as a professional housecleaning company I feel they should have all cleaning supplies with them for common cleaning surfaces (I don't think ceramic tile is unusual). However, I would not hesitate to use them again and would fully recommend them to others.

It was not great. I would give them all C's. Their punctuality was fine. They didn't bring their own supply. They didn't bring their cleaning packs.

"Absolutely outrageous your comment!!! You should be thankful for paying $125 for a great cleaning in a super big dirty and dusty house. Also, you should read the information about our special deals. We don't provide any cleaning supplies, only our services. I don't need any reviews like yours. Our costumers kwon the quality standings of our job. They aren't like you, that calls once a year and want everything done for $125. You can't afford for a decent cleaning service. Therefore, your comments won't impact on our services at all !!!"

"Your comment it's really unfair. First of all, you've purchased a deal for 5 hours of service and you didn't want to pay some additional time to have the job properly done. I advised you that we wouldn't have enough time to clean a super dusty house! I'm sorry you can't afford to clean your house. Regarding the broken blind, it was an accident and I've told you I would pay the cost of a new one without any problem. We don't need reviews like yours. We are reliable and take pride for doing a standing service for many years."

I was in the process of moving, and normally I would clean the house myself prior to leaving. During that time, I had a lot of other stuff going on as well as the move, and I ran out of energy and time.
I checked Angie's List for home cleaners and saw the listing for All Clean Care Corp. and the price was right, so I enlisted them to do the cleaning. One of her cleaners called out sick on the day of the job, so that left just two of them to clean the entire house. They did an outstanding job, and the two of them completed the job in the allotted time frame.
I would hire them again, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good cleaning service.

Andrezza promptly returned my call and came by a few days later to clean my home. We had just moved in and the place was a mess! Andrezza and her assistant came in and got right to work. They did a great jib. Very thorough and very professional. I had her back a week later for another cleaning and once again, she was prompt, professional and thorough. I would definitely recommend her.

Andrezza and her team arrived on time. The girls began cleaning immediately, while Andrezza and I spoke about my preferences and priorities in cleaning my home; what products I preferred be used on certain surfaces and areas of my home I wanted special attention payed to. They did everything I asked for and more! Very professional and polite. I have already booked with her to clean my home again!! Thanks to your team for a superb job!!

They are always on time and no talking but softly, working with no breaks. They cleaned windows, oven plus the vacuuming and floor cleaning.
