Marcus was very nice and responded very quickly. Came the next day and replaced the start relay to the compressor. He came on October 26th. On October 30 I called back to tell him it was doing the same thing. It would only run with temp cranked up to max. He asked me for the model number of the freezer so he could order the part. I gave it to him and he told me 4 to 5 days for the part to get to him. I called Marcus 2 weeks later and asked what was going on. He said he would check and get right back to me, which he did. He said the part was backordered and would let me know when it came in. It’s December 8th today and never got a call. I ordered the part 6 days ago and installed it myself. Freezer has been running fine. Would not use him again.

Everything was done as promised and price was very reasonable

Repair was fast, neat and tidy. Fortunately I don't have an in door water dispenser/ ice maker. I have a French door, with only an ice maker in the freezer. 2 screws and the old icemaker was replaced. It helps to provide him with the SN and Model number ahead of time, as there are numerous models out there.

Lukas was very responsive from my first inquiry, to all of my questions during the service call. He is professional, caring and knowledgeable and resolved the issue in a matter of minutes. I'd definitely recommend him, especially to anyone with Samsung applicances because finding anyone to work on them is a challenge. He is a true professional!
