Carpet Installation, Carpet Cleaning
We brought our ivory wool and rayon area rug to be cleaned. The rayon parts showed the dirt more than the wool parts so we decided to clean it. When my husband and I brought it in the house I was so upset. Not only is the dirty part still dirty, some of the other parts have an orangy cast and it looks shaggy, like it was scrubbed to within an inch of its life. I now have to replace it. In the future I'll buy a can of rug cleaner and do it myself. We're very disappointed with this company and will never use it again.
