Raul is an honest and conscientious professional. I initially hired him to remove weeds from an island garden bed at my home and replace with small shrubs and flower plantings and mulch. Fairly straightforward and simple. That work was done well and then we discovered heavy saturation of my yard due to a poorly designed and managed pool overflow pipe that had been buried under several inches of sand and mulch. Obviously not serviced by my pool maintenance company. This second project was beyond what he or I expected. Raul addressed it and mitigated the damage by digging trenches and installing a French drain to carry the water away from my homeâ s foundation. This was all unexpected, but he handled it like a professional and was committed to seeing the project through. The problem seems to be rectified now. As we are still in rainy season, we are watching to ensure the drain holds up as expected. Though Iâ m not sure if landscaping is Raulâ s companyâ s main line of business, he was extremely knowledgeable and tireless in his efforts to rectify the problem. And thatâ s what impressed me most. He did not stop until the problem was cured and stayed in touch with me daily on the progress.
