I’ve been going to Actions Computer Repairs for several years with all my computer issues. Keven is highly reliable and extremely knowledgeable of all aspects of computer technology. My old desktop recently crashed into total non-response. Kevin immediately responded to my calls for assistance and quickly diagnosed my computer as irretrievable. He recommended a new computer and located exactly what he was recommending at a local computer store and we went to pick it up. He installed the new computer, transferred all my data from the old hard drive and did not leave my side until I was up and running again. Many thanks, Kevin. All of my devices are running well, and repair done within a amazingly short time, considering bad encounter with another repair business. He was punctual, professional and friendly. And I'm pleased he personally serviced my laptop!

Had a virus and I did not know how to resolve the issue. Mr. Jackson came out and took care of the problem in a very professional way. I could not be more pleased with his proficiency. He even took time to explain several technical items and made the computer run more efficiently. He is also very good with helping over the phone which is a "perk" that is very welcome.

He came out and fixed everything in a timely manner. He is always very professional, respectful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend his services to others.

on time- came the same day I called. Shoes off at the door. Polite, capable. Kevin was able to correct a number of issues and change small things as well.

Kevin worked to erase all my unused programs and was able to put a new protection virus/malware scan on my
computer for free.  I was able to cancel my old virus protection that was a yearly charge and he gave me information
on how to upgrade my computer at a reasonable price that should add more years to my computer.
I was so impressed with Kevin's ability to fix my computer issues so fast and how he gave me good tips on
keeping my equipment in good shape.
I can highly rate Kevin's ability and professionalism.

It went extremely well. While repairing and updating all four computers a power failure (occurredcaused by a storm) occurred and Kevin Jackson was very patient and waited until power was restored to ensure that all our computers were in proper working order. Kevin was extremely knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He was extremely helpful. He was very professional, courteous, friendly and very patient. I highly recommend his services.
