Very happy with work done. Came out right away. Fixed my problem with air. I was told by another company that I needed a whole new AC costing thousands. AC of Naples told me he could fix my AC and he did !! Julio of AC Naples was honest, hard working GREAT company would recommend !!!!

Julio fixed my A/C ..He got it going late in the day.,so I wouldn't be hot for a night. He came back and fixed everything else early next morning and cleaned my unit that hadn't been cleaned in 12 yrs.It was filthy. He went above the call of duty getting my A/C running like new. Julio came out at 7:30am to fix my AC. Very nice and professional. Would highly recommend to my neighbors.

I sent a text to Julio and he responded immediately. The next day he came to recharge my AC. He is very professional and knowledgeable. I contacted him the next day with a question about my system and he stopped by to take a look and answer my question. Julio is by far the BEST service person I have ever worked with. Julio within five minutes- came and did more than what was asked- at house within an hour so pleased she signed up for regular maintenance. He was courteous did more than was expected.

AC Naples is absolutely outstanding. My AC unit stopped working and I called Juilo at Naples AC. He quoted me a very good price to install a complete new AC system. The work was done in just two days. He provided terrific customer service keeping me informed on the progress in getting my AC running again. I was totally impressed with his positive attitude, his attention to detail and his caring approach. He truly is honest person who really wants to help his customers. I have had several service contractors, over the last 6 years. Julio is the only one that removed the top on my outdoor AC, and cleaned both sides of the cooling coil!

He did not try to tell me I needed a new system or new parts, just that it is old and it won't be long before it will have to be replaced. He was efficient and reasonably priced. I felt he was honest and most competent.

I had been gone for weeks, and it was late in the day when I returned to my condo. Only to find the a/c did not work. I was connected to AC Naples and he was there within 40 minutes had my unit up in running in less :30. He also set me up with a monitoring system so that I am less likely to find myself in this situation again. Highly recommended AC Naples.
