Excellent! They did a great job! David took time explaining what we needed and why! Answered all our questions! Extremely knowledgeable! Chip and Jeff worked very hard in a tight space! .... One company told me that I needed a new air conditioning. They came in and they said, "No, let's just do this" and it cost me about $45 to keep it going. It's still running and that was about two years ago. I like their honesty.

When my AC broke down in the middle of August on a Friday, I
dreaded spending the weekend in our hot home. I made a few calls before 5pm,
but only AC by Florida Comfort Systems promised to have my house cool that
evening.
The technicians replaced the unit in the attic and the
handler outside with little difficulty. In addition they replaced the old dial
thermostat with a new computerized one, and the technician took his time and
explained how to use it. In addition, he programmed the thermostat to precool
my home in order to save money on my monthly electrical bills.
Before he left, I mentioned that my west facing office/den
was always much warmer than the rest of the house. He explained that cold air
was indeed pumping into the room, but there was no return installed to allow
the warm air to escape. The following Monday, another technician came to my
office and cut a hole in the ceiling above my work area and installed a vent.
Immediately the room was much cooler. Much to my surprise, this work was preformed
at no cost!
I highly recommend installation and service by AC by Florida
Comfort System. The work was done quickly at an inconvenient time and the price
was the lowest of anyone I contacted.
