Extremely well. Raimond was able to come over the afternoon that I called. He diagnosed the problem (ice on freezer fan) due to excessive ice in freezer. Made sure that unit was working properly by performing diagnostics (it was), melted the ice in the freezer, dried it out, put everything back together, and it's working fine now.

Raimond tried to fix it on Frday night. HE CALLED ME over the next 3 days he called each day to ask if it was working. It still isn't so we are getting another new part. He gives a 30 day quarantee or he'll come back with no service charge. Very nice to work with - highly recommend him!

Very well.  After diagnosing the problem, I was told that the cost of repairs would exceed the worth of the appliance, which I presumed to be the case.

As mentioned above, I have had this provider repair a dishwasher and replace a microwave during the last year..  All of my appliances were replaced 7 years ago, and they're all going at the same time (planned obsolescence?).

We were in the home watch business for many years and dealt with many repair services and  I can honestly say that Absolute Best is a fair, reliable and respectable company with which to do business.  I recommend them highly.

Raymond told me when I called he would be at my house between 1200 and 1400. He arrived promptly at 1220. He went to work immediately, found the problem and before he fixed it gave me the bill to approve. He even mentioned he was sorry but he had to replace a valve. He was very courteous and respectful. He was finished within 50 minutes of arriving and the water and the ice cube maker are working good as new. I will recommend him to everyone I know..

Fantastic! saved lots of money by being creative.

Scheduled appt between 1-3 pm. Arrived 1:30. Worked fast and clean.
I would use him again and recommend him to others.

Dishwasher was not working, had water on, power on, but it was not getting water and smelled like it was burning. I called Raimond at 9 AM; he was there at 10 AM. He tested it, said it needed this part, (which he had with him), we were done in little over an hour. He was excellent, professional, knowledgeable. Great!!!

Raimond could have given us a story, and claimed we needed a new motor, which would have taken time to order and would have been much more costly. Instead, he explained the issue while we were there with him, and he had us up and running the same day without delay. Highly recommended, very conscientious and skilled at his trade.

Arrived promptly and took fridge and freezer apart and cleaned and defrosted frozen cube making and put all back together and it seems to be working. We were hopeing not to have to buy a new one. Price was good for the amount of work.

The upper (refrigerator) portion of a french door refrigerator stopped cooling on a Sunday evening, but the lower potion continued to function. I called Absolut on Monday morning and Raimond said he would be available between 1 and 3 pm.
Raimond arrived around 1:30 - 1:45 and proceeded to to take apart and test the working functions of the unit. As the freezer was still functioning it was completely frozen over. Raimond thawed all the ice and determined that the chilled air was not blowing to the upper portion. He found the fault was the internal computer which he replaced. He only required a couple of spare towels to help mop up the water.

Excellent. Raimond throughly checked my first refrigerator and was so honest -- told me it did not need repair and only a simple part need to be replaced that I could order on-line, and he showed us how. Then, with my second refrigerator, he immediately knew the problem and carefully worked to fix, it, being mindful of the food, cleaning up the water, etc. My son is interested in refrigeration and Raimond took the time to explain everything he was doing, telling my son how the system worked, etc. I am very picky and rarely am thrilled with most repair people, but Raimond seemed to be top notch guy whom we will call again.

Raimond responded quickly to our call, since the food was started to warm up. He was efficient, explained what he was doing, and quickly got the refrigerator back to full cooling capacity.

I called for service, spoke with Raimond and he scheduled an appointment between 8 am and 10 am. Raimond arrived at 8:30 am He was polite, well groomed and his experience is obvious. The problem was diagnosed. Raimond had the part in his truck and installed it. He tested the machine to make sure it was working. I was very satisfied and am glad to add this company to my list of trusted professional repair companies .
