I could not have been more pleased. Giancarlo did a fantastic job. He was able to remove the dog stains, odor and the traffic pattern wear areas. He was very professional, showed up on time and a pleasure to speak with. I also try to hire individuals versus a large company. So far I have never been disappointed.
