The two days promised to finish took 4.

The oak trim was mitered, yet off by at least 1/4"

I asked for it to be redone, instead of using a piece long enough, they recut the original which left a 1/2" gap.

The contractor wanted his money before the job was done.

When asked fir his opinion on what his help did, Contractor/owner shrugged his shoulders took the balance and left.

This is Naples, Quality means everything. If these guys want to charge Naples, prices then they need to provide quality work.

Very disappointed, and not at all satisfied.

The work done by them wasn't good. I chose them as I got to know about them through a brochure and an advertisement in the newspaper. The price that they charged was expensive too. I wouldn't use their services in the future.
