Needed some stucco repairs after roof flashing replacement and some water damaged areas. Call on a Thurs, returned call and came to estimate on Friday. Repairs started following Monday. Negotiated time/material rate due to nature of repairs and to be fair to both parties. Works was completed in a timely fashion, hours were accurate and clean up was through.
