"I'm sorry to hear that you were not happy with having to pay for emergency weekend service. The reason we charged $100 was because you wanted us to send someone out on the weekend for an after-hours emergency service call. After speaking with the technician the problem with the lock is that there was dirt and debris inside the cylinder, it is possible that Hurricane Irma's driving winds and rains blew debris into the cylinder as we have noticed this has happened with many other locks across the Naples area after the storm. After our technician sprayed the lock with lock cleaner, it worked perfectly. No other repairs to the lock were necessary or made. I hope you will give "A" Locksmith another chance."

Craig Mackey was the locksmith. He actually arrived five minutes early. We were having trouble with the keys due to the fact that I could not find the master key. He tore apart the lock several times to see why the new keys were not working. Craig was able to fix the problem quickly and make several new keys for me. He cleaned up any dirt or liquid on the door. The price was also 25% to 50% less than the other locksmith I called.

The technician was very punctual and professional. He knew what he was doing and proceeded to install the lock and thoroughly clean up the area after he finished. Craig was superb and I would ask for him if I needed a locksmith again.
