Gary from A Locksmith provided outstanding service. He came earlier than expected, which helped us get into the house more quickly. Understood our lock system and entire electronic system, cut new physical keys, and explained in great detail all steps we needed to know for future operations (changing codes, replacing batteries, etc.) Great service -- would not hesitate to recommend him to friends going forward.

I appreciated most that they called and told me a couple days ahead of the appt. time and a window of when they would arrive. Gary was the technician. He was extremely helpful, courteous, and friendly. He arrived on time to the minute.

Great. Craig arrived within the agreed upon time. Prior to his arrival I got a call saying he was on his way. He completed the work in about 25 minutes and cleaned up the area after he finished. He took time to explain some of the features of the lock. Although I thought the cost was a bit much I was happy to pay for professional installation. I would definitely recommend this company and this particular technician.
