I first contacted A Fireplace to put in a larger log set because the flame kept going out on the one I had. After installation of the log set the flame still went out, so I ordered bi-fold doors for both sides of the fireplace. After they installed the doors the flame still went out and parts started rusting immediately. I called and asked them to fix everything and they worked diligently until all matters were resolved. I certainly appreciate their efforts in making sure I got what I paid for.
