They were excellent! They completed the work within an hour. I paid $30 additionally for parts.

I purchased a service call via Angie's List for $50.00. I supplied three convenient dates within the next three days but Lou contacted me the following week. Luckily, this wasn't an emergency. Lou showed up on time for the scheduled appointment. He took out the lock and replaced a part. He supplied me with a duplicate key. Lou was personable and seemed to have a thorough understanding what he was doing. I paid him for the part, $14.00.

I was given this phone number from a guy who did an eviction for me, I live 1265 miles away and called Lou, he quoted me a rough price over the phone, and said he would go over the following tuesday (I called him on a friday), he showed up a day early, called me when arriving at the condo, did exactly what he said, mailed me the keys, I gave him credit card number over the phone. And Yes he was cheaper than the other folks I checked with. He was very pleasant to deal with, and his price was very fair!
