The owner of this company not only did it quickly but also cost effectively. In addition because we had tenants in the unit he worked on the weekend and did so without disrupting our tenants. He removed a unit from a 40 year building that had the old unit in our ceiling and replaced it with a more up to date unit and put it in the same closet as our water heater where it is much easier to access.
He is reasonable and knowledge. He doesn't try to sell you things you don't need. I have confidence in his ability to do repairs as well as replacements.
He has repaired our refrigerator and ice maker a couple times. He has also done the annual check up on our air conditioning in both of our homes.
His prices are very reasonable. I would recommend him to anyone!!! A+ for Ilia!!!
